Everything is great for the price.

Love the location and everything the area has to offer. The building is greatly priced and does offer everything you need to live comfortably.

I love this place!

I have lived here for six months and it is the best location! I have a great property manager who is very helpful and everyone here is so respectful. It is a true hidden gem!

Great location and value

You can’t beat the location for the price. You have plenty of bars and restaurants, a handful of grocery stores, and only a few blocks from the lake. The CTA is literally right outside the door as well.

Excellent price and location

If you want to be in the heart of Old Town and Gold Coast but don’t want to pay the high price tag for all the extra amenities, the spot is perfect! You have access to everything (I.E. grocery stores, public transit, lakefront, bars & restaurants, etc).
